Finding Shipping Cost:
Before placing the order customer can verify the shipping options & cost available for their region. To confirm the shipping cost, just add the items you would like to buy to your Shopping cart. Click on “Shopping Cart” link at Top- left corner of the webpage. On “shopping cart” page you can the added products with its weight and Total price .There you can find a Button “Estimate Shipping” just click on it. A pop up window will open with various shipping methods and pricing depending upon shipping location you selected.
Domestic Shipping (India):
We ship all our products through Courier (BLUEDART/DTDC/FEDEX/EKART/DELHIVERY) etc. The customer can select shipping method on checkout. If customer selected shipping service is not available for that particular location (Very rarely) ,we will use the best possible shipping method to fulfil the order. Depending upon the weight and Destination, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges for different options and the customer can select accordingly. It takes normally 1-6 days to reach to any location in India.
International Shipping:
We normally use UPS Courier for international orders which are reliable, fast and tractable shipping method. But we can ship through FEDEX/DHL as well, if the customer desires so. Charges for this shipping methods start at 20USD and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes normally 2-8 days to reach the Destination.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, Customs duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Customs are quite different in each country. Please comment while you are placing order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible

Warranty & Out of Warranty:
All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with return shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.

Changing or Cancelling An Order:
Need change something about your order or just want it cancelled? You can ask us (by Email only) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 2%-3% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
